Learn More» By maintaining a continuous dialogue with a variety of associations, public agencies and professional organizations, who we refer to as our Coalition Partners, BIA/OC is able to strengthen the reach and voice of its members while resolving problems that affect the community at large. Coalition Partners » HomeAid Orange County, the charitable arm of the Building Industry Association, builds and renovates temporary residences for transitionally homeless men, women, and children. Established in 1989 by volunteer BIA/OC leaders, HomeAid Orange County acts as the shelter developer and liaison between county homeless care providers, the community at large, volunteers, residential builders and their partners. With the generosity of Dale & Bea Stuard National Housing Endowment Fund, BIA/OC is able to offer students much needed financial support to achieve their academic goals. 2010 forms are now available.
