IRVINE, CA The Building Industry Assoication, Orange County Chapter is celebrating their 40th Anniversary in 2007 on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach, in Dana Point. At this black tie event, the new Executive Committee and Board of Directors will be inaugurated. This special gala will also honor our outgoing President, Thomas Grable, William Lyon Homes, and celebrate the installation of our 2007 President, Tim McSunas, The Shopoff Group.
