Q: What exactly does BIA/OC do?
A: We serve the homebuilding industry of Orange County in many ways including advocacy on important issues, education of our members on current practices, trends and changes forthcoming, and working with committees to resolve industry wide issues, to name a few.

Q: How can I sign up to receive the BIA/OC Calendar of Events?
A: To be permanently added to our mailing list you must be an employee of a BIA/Southern California member company. However, non-members are welcome at all events which have not been designated as a “Members Only” meeting and can view our online events listing here.

Q: If my co-worker is a BIA/OC member, am I also a member?
A: Yes. Once a company becomes a member, all of its employees are considered members and enjoy all the same privileges as the primary BIA contact. To be added to our mailing list for events and announcements please email Philly Pemberton, Director of Programs & Events.

Q: What do I get for joining BIA/OC and why should I?

Q: Who is eligible to serve on BIA/OC Committees?
A: All BIA/OC members are encouraged to volunteer on one of our Committees. Please be aware that service on our committees is a privilege of membership and will require regular attendance and participation.

Q: When will my membership expire if I join today?
A: Your BIA/OC membership expires 12 months after your join date, and for your convenience you will receive a membership renewal invoice 60 days prior to the anniversary of your joining BIA.
