Objectives: Provide qualitative financial analysis in all areas of the Business Group. Assist in the reporting and interpreting of financial transactions and projections. Provide analytical support to Land Development, Land Acquisitions and Operations.

• Reporting for Investment Partners: Prepare reporting packages for investment partners. Update Project Cash Flows.
• Business Planning and Project Cash Flow Updates: Manage quarterly budget revisions. Update project cash flows. Prepare corporate schedules and analysis.
• Accounting for Entities with Investment Partners: Maintain books and records for entities with investment partners. Manage capital calls and other operating agreement requirements. Prepare financial statements.
• Prepare Weekly/Monthly Management “Dashboards”: Sales and closings dashboard. Construction status dashboard.
• Prepare Project Acquisition Feasibility: Land feasibility analysis. Acquisition deal terms.
• Sales and Construction Releases: Prepare pro forma update for all sales and construction releases.
• Builder Profitability Reports: Prepare and submit builder profitability reports to land sellers
