We are seeking an entrepreneurial self-starter to fill this role in a small & friendly team environment. This person will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the company’s projects. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize projects and exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills. The position of Development Project Coordinator is a key and significant role. This role manages consultant contracts, projects, public agency documents, reviews and summarizes technical reports as well as interfaces with public agency staff.

| Experience |
The position entails, but is not limited to:
- Coordinate all aspects of due diligence, entitlement and design team for projects
- Responsible for monitoring and implementation of project budgets, schedules and pro forma models for proposed projects
- Ensure that accurate, timely reports and information is provided
- Maintain the highest respect and service for all team members, partners, community and public agency personnel
- Coordinate the design team and entitlement process for projects
- Develop program requirements, assist in the selection of design team members, manage the bid process and prepare consulting contracts as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Planning, Real Estate or related field
- Experience of 5+ years in similarly responsible position
- Knowledge of planning and land development issues
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project helpful

This position would provide support and report directly to the VP Builder Management. The position also supports working Director of Design and the Design Review Manager. The duties consist of various daily projects and special assignments that will be assigned daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly. Work projects can also include assisting the entire Development Team on an as needed basis.Experience desired: 5+ years involvement in the building industry working with a builder, community developer, or planning/engineering firm. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings with consultants; attorneys; local, state and governmental agencies; etc., prepare meeting notices, maintain calendar, and monitor follow-up.
- Maintain all project files and correspondence within the document management system (DMS) software.
- Provide overall support by preparing correspondence and mailings, files, booklets, expense reports, processing check requests, copying and distributing various materials, preparing and maintaining spreadsheets, plotting and printing exhibits.
- Prepare consultant contracts, change orders, invoices, and work authorizations as directed. Assist other staff in reconciling contracts and maintaining contract files and processing invoices.
- Monitor consultants insurance via SureTrack
- Monitor and follow up the routing of documents for signature
• Open, date stamp and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and assist with telephones. Screen incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls when necessary.
- Provide backup assistance for receptionists and other Administrative Assistants.

| Experience |
ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS
- Setup conference rooms with beverages, meals if applicable, and cleanup after meetings
- Able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs. each
- Notary Public desirable but not required
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Familiar with the Internet, Intranets, and Email
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Strong typing, verbal and written skills

- Ability to handle multiple demands
