Members In Transition Partnership Program Due to the market challenges facing the home building industry, many of our member companies have been forced to downsize and re-organize. Because the prosperity of our industry is cyclical, it is critical to retain our talented pool of building industry professionals that have recently been separated from employment.Benefits of MIT Partnership: The Members in Transition (MIT) program offers discounts on meeting prices for BIA members who have recently become unemployed.
