Members In Transition Program

Due to the recent market challenges facing the home building industry, many of our member companies have been forced to downsize and re-organize. Because the prosperity of our industry is cyclical, it is critical to retain our talented pool of building industry professionals that have recently been separated from employment.

The Members in Transition (MIT) program offers discounts on meeting prices for BIA members who have recently become unemployed. The program has partnered with JWilliams Staffing to assist in the job search process and will help you stay connected.
