The Next Generation Group was created to encourage all younger (35 and under) BIA members to become more involved with the association and take advantage of the many networking opportunities BIA offers. The main goals of the Next Generation Group are to help the many future leaders of our industry develop strong relationships with their peers and improve their professional skills by attending special Next Generation meetings and all other BIA/OC meetings and educational workshops.
