Goals & Objectives: Goals: Educate industry professionals on best practices to achieve construction quality. To inform industry leaders on green development strategies that include energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and resource conservation. Advocate responsive customer service management through communication and post closing service. Provide resources to facilitate builder / buyer dispute resolution. Objectives: Facilitate the exchange of information by developing and implementing comprehensive programs that teach best construction and management practices to construct sustainable building products. Advocate the building industry’s position on public policy issues at all levels of government potentially impacting the production of quality developments. Build and grow relationships with coalition partners, improving communication in order to serve the building industry at large. Provide education about the value gained from property ownership, and proactive maintenance. Facilitate alternatives to construction dispute litigation. Meets 1st Thursday of each month |
