Home / Committees BIA/OC has 10 active committees and there is something for everyone. This is the first place to start when looking to build professional development, increase networking opportunities and form new business contacts. Please refer to the complete list on the left for specific information on each committee. Perhaps the most critical part of the BIA/OC is its group of selfless and professional committee volunteers. Committees rely on the energy and dedication of the members; actively serving on at least one is a great way to participate in the Chapter with minimal time commitments.Our committees, comprised of hard working members of the homebuilding industry, create new ways to make our events fresh and informative while tackling current issues. Typically, committees meet once a month and offer the best venue for making valuable business contacts.
