Laura Ulanoski – Sr. Director, Operations & Member Services - handles the membership recruitment, engagement, and retention for BIA Orange County Chapter, as well as accounts payable and receivable, budgets, and other financials. She staffs several committees, including Membership, Urban Infill and Next Gen.

Previously worked for Alpha Treatment Centers, a non-profit foster family agency, helping to place children of the State in good foster homes, Laura provided support to social workers and maintained the client database. As office manager, she prepared the children’s treatment files, completed County and State forms and assisted the regional director with correspondence. She also helped supervise visitations between the foster children and their natural parents.

Laura grew up in South Lake Tahoe and moved to Southern California in 1996 and currently resides in Anaheim. Laura completed her associate degree at Santiago Canyon College in Orange where she attended classes in the evenings and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, honor society.
