Kevin Ward - Member Services Manager - responds to membership related inquiries, works with Membership Committee on recruitment and retention of members, assists Membership Director with various tasks. Also assists with website content/changes, newsletter production and other special projects as needed.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communications from Cal. State Univ. Fullerton, and over five years experience of working full time for the BIA as a Membership Affairs Assistant (and part-time since 1990!), Kevin brings an excellent background to the position.

Prior to Kevin’s return to BIAOC in December of 2005, Kevin had a chance to experience construction first hand while working for AKME Glass, a construction company specializing in custom glass walls and balconies. Working in construction proved to be a pertinent experience before returning to BIAOC as it provided opportunities to witness the many challenges that construction companies face while doing business in Southern California.

Kevin is an Orange County native and resides in the city of Orange.
