Bryan M. Starr – Chief Executive Officer - Appointed by the BIA/OC Board of Directors in 2011, Bryan Starr serves as the Chief Executive in charge of the largest BIA Chapter in the Southern California region.  Overseeing all chapter operations, Bryan leads a team of professional staff dedicated to member service and government affairs.  Starr is the primary liaison to the BIA/OC Board of Directors and the lead spokesperson for the organization.  Prior to his current position, Bryan served the BIA for six years as the Deputy Executive Officer of External Affairs.

He is also the primary liaison to the Government Affairs, and Urban-Infill/Multi-Family Housing committees. Bryan Starr has also been appointed by the Irvine City Council to serve as a member of the Irvine Community Land Trust Inaugural Board of Directors, and currently is a Board Member for Orange County Housing Providers, Orange County Transportation Authority Stakeholder Advisory Committee, the Irvine Green Ribbon Environmental Committee, and a member of the Orange County Fire Authority / Building Industry Advisory Task Force. Bryan serves as a board member for the Orange County Council of Governments and has been appointed by the Orange County Board of Supervisors to serve the Vice-Chairman for Orange County Waste and Recycling.

Bryan is a graduate of San Diego State University.
