The Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California (BIA/OC) is the local arm of a four-level federation which includes the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB), the California Building industry Association (CBIA), and BIA of Southern California (BIA/SC). National Association of Homebuilders

The National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) has many valuable programs, services and a wealth of information for members of the homebuilding industry and is affiliated with over 800 state and local builders associations throughout America.

California Building Industry Association

The California Building Industry Association (CBIA), represents over 6,000 companies working in the homebuilding industry who contribute over $40 billion annually to California’s economy.

Building Industry Association of Southern California

The Building Industry Association of Southern California is the hub of five local BIA Chapters who represent the homebuilding professionals doing business in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino counties. BIA/SC is involved in several region-wide efforts and oversees all Chapter activities and provides necessary input, administers several cost saving programs, and is a valuable resource for each of the seven local chapters.

BIA/SC Councils
By offering specialized services for the many disciplines involved in new home construction, BIA/SC Councils provide a more focused approach to resolving specific issues unique to their professions.
