A Message From Your BIA/OC President
Your President: David Greminger

David Greminger,
President of
Fieldstone Communities
Pundits, bloggers, reporters, economists...everyone has their predictions about the future of the real estate market here in Southern California. When is the market going to turn? That’s a question we address every day in our companies. BIA has collected some of the most respected professionals in our industry to answer that very question. For an opportunity to hear the inside truth, I encourage you to attend the Development Trends & Networking Conference on April 18 at the Irvine Marriott. The theme is "Charting a Course for the Turnaround and the Coming Acquisition Tidal Wave". BIA is offering panels of experts from the front-lines of today’s volatile market, including builders, investors and financial advisors. To add value to the event, the Committee has organized a separate networking period where attendees can connect with speakers, sponsors, local executive search firms, and each other.

This is a must-attend event, and one of the best values of any conference. See you there! (see below for registration info)

Welcome New Members

Please give these new members a warm BIA/OC welcome when you meet them at the next event or committee meeting.
